Joshua Heim has a degree in Ceramics from Bethel University and has been working with clay professionally for the last 14 years. He is the founder and creator of JH Pottery Works: a class-based clay community in Warren, Indiana. The studio focuses on 6-week classes; Clay Camps for local youth; and multiple firing techniques such as electric, gas, wood, and raku.
With a passion to share clay through teaching, Joshua hosts demonstrations, supplies clay to local schools, and offers studio space for other clay artists.
Since 2014, Joshua and his wife Kari, also own and operate Gebhart’s Floral Barn & Greenhouse-a business that has been in Warren for over 25 years. They are both active members of their community and chamber of commerce.
